About the Presenter

Dr. Jonathan M. Fields, AP, DOM, is an internationally known Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Martial Arts Instructor and Public Speaker. He has been teaching Martial Arts and studying Traditional Chinese Medicine in the USA since 2004. He's also made numerous trips to China to train in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.

He currently operates two South Florida clinics, lectures to the general public, teaches Martial Arts, hosts an annual Kung Fu Tournament, performs and produces independent action films, and writes about Wu Shu & Natural Medicine.



Lauren Seiderman is an Acupuncture Physician + Diplomate of Oriental Medicine born and raised in Plantation, Florida. She is a DAOM (Doctor of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine) Candidate, has a Masters of Oriental Medicine and Bachelor of Health Science. Prior to becoming an Acupuncture Physician, she graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with an associate degree in Culinary Arts, as well as Florida Gulf Coast University with an Associates in Communications. Merging the two professions, she is a Food Therapy Chef. Lauren is NCCAOM National Board Certified in Acupuncture, Herbology, Bio-Medicine and the Foundations of Chinese Medicine. She has trained in the United States and in China at the legendary Shaolin Temple and Beijing Gu Lou Hospital founded by descendants of imperial doctors.

Shamaya Chah, L.M.T. has been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Massage Educator for more than 30 years. She is a provider of continuing education for the states of Florida, Texas, New York and a National provider with the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She has written numerous curriculums for Community Colleges and Massage Therapy Schools in the State of Florida. Her areas of expertise are Human sciences, Anatomy and Physiology. She has done extensive research in how Cannabidiols (CBD) affects Physiology and the benefits it has for wellness and healing purposes. Her research includes the study of organic cannabis growth and extraction processes that ensure maximum bioavailabilty, which requires the extraction and removal of any and all toxic components that could have been introduced in the elaboration of the end CBD product. Without the right process then optimal healing and wellness benefits are not obtained. She is owner and co-owner of 3 different CBD companies. She is responsible for all the research and development of all the products she represents.


Dr. Michelle Weiner is double board certified in interventional Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She completed her residency and fellowship training at the University of Miami. Dr. Weiner practices personalized and preventative medicine focusing offering individualized holistic treatment options. She is an advocate for and a leader in the Florida Medicinal Cannabis industry educating and helping people find relief and improve quality of life. She treats spine and musculoskeletal pain, chronic migraines, performs ultrasound guided joint injections, uses platelet rich plasma (PRP) and growth factors and is well trained in aesthetic medicine including botox. She is a faculty member at nova southeastern university where she trains medical students about cannabis medicine and Florida international university (FIU) where she is currently conducting research on using cannabis as a substitute for opioids in chronic pain.

Dr. Michelle Weiner and Shamaya Chah will begin the program by offering CBD samples and a brief educational experience regarding the highest grade medical CBD. They will cover the incredible health benefits and the science behind CBD & medical cannabis.

Dr. Jonathan M. Fields will lead the group through ancient sets of Tai Chi & Qi Gong moving meditation. These highly regarded practices have been developed over thousands of years as a means to connect the body, mind and spirt. Harvard Health has recently ranked Tai Chi as the #2 exercise and medical Qi Gong is specifically designed to increase longevity, calm the mind and bring balance to your life.

Dr. Lauren Seiderman & Dr. Fields will then ask everyone to lay on their mats while they perform acupuncture on the 3 Energy Centers of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Jing, Qi & Shen are considered to be the “3 Treasures” and translate to Essence, Breath & Spirit. Acupuncture has been used for over 5,000 years to treat a variety of conditons and its been proven to increase circulation and release endorphins.

While laying comfortably during the treatment, Dr Fields will guide the guests through an Inner Alchemy Meditation. These methods of “Nei Gong” are based on using your Yi (intent/intuition) to guide your chi through the body and channels, stimulating internal healing and clearing emotional blockages of energy.

The event will close with a raffle for Crystals and CBD products.
